We are a local multi-generational fishing family with a passion for responsible and sustainably harvested halibut, salmon, rockfish, and cod. Carefully caught meticulously handled and full of flavor! Locally Harvested
Our seafood is harvested and processed locally in small batches. Small hook and line batches allow for a quick processing time ensuring the highest quality to your door.
Halibut
Combining a sweet, delicate flavor, wild Alaska halibut has earned its reputation as the world's premium whitefish
Size-selected to yield perfectly tender, fillet servings for you to prepare at home. Alaska Halibut is also a naturally lean fish that cooks up white, and flaky.
Salmon
King - Coho - Sockeye
A distinct rich flavor. fresh salmon has a mildly sweet, buttery taste with a slightly firm texture. It can also have a slightly oily or fatty taste, especially if it is a wild salmon species such as king or coho salmon. **Smoked options coming soon!!
